We invite you to join us in providing your child with a unique dance offering. By participating in our dance program, your child will gain in self-confidence, coordination, cooperation and listening skills while enjoying a creative and fun experience.

The On Your Toes Dance Studio was established in 1996. Our classes are small enough to provide the individual attention needed to develop proper dance technique.
The studio facility has an area for dancing which is complete with mirrors and a specially-cushioned floor to absorb our leaps and jumps.  Families may wait for their children in our waiting area.  Restrooms are located on both levels of the facility. Parents are invited to our annual open house held in December where they may view a typical class. Measurements for costumes are taken in October for our annual Spring Show held in May/June

 

STUDIO POLICIES

 

  • Tuition payments are not refundable.
  • Missed classes may be made up by taking a comparable class during the semester of the absence.
  • Consideration for credit toward future classes may be given in the event of prolonged absence.
  • Parents of young children are urged to have them use the restroom before the start of class.
  • Parents have the option of waiting in the facility or leaving. However, for security reasons, we ask that you come inside to pick up the younger dancers after class.
  • In case of severe weather, please tune to the following stations: WISN, WTMJ and WITI for closing information or call 262-513-5990 for the studio message.
  • You will be notified in advance of any class schedule changes.
  • NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED IN THE FACILITY.        

 

DRESS CODE 

  • Pre Ballet - Theatrical Pink leotard ~ NO SKIRTS PLEASE       
  • Beginner – Royal Blue leotard ~ NO SKIRTS PLEASE   
  • Advanced Beginner – Lavender  leotard ~ NO SKIRTS PLEASE
  • Intermediate – Burgundy leotard ~ Chiffon skirts and leg warmers optional
  • Advanced Intermediate – Black leotard ~ Chiffon skirts and leg warmers optional
  • Advanced – Black leotard ~ Chiffon skirts and leg warmers optional
  • ALL STUDENTS SHOULD WEAR THEATRICAL PINK TIGHTS AND PINK BALLET  SLIPPERS
  • PLEASE NOTE: Tutus, baggy or loose fitting clothing and plastic pants are NOT permitted.
  • HAIR – Should be pulled back and securely fastened.
  • BOYS – Black tights and ballet slippers with a plain white T-shirt.
